PARKING: There will be a designated Parking Area. Please have your vehicle in the
designated area soon as possible after you get your camp set up.

LEAVE NO TRACE: Everyone is responsible for cleaning there campsite better than they found it. Please use the trash receptacles on site.

MEALS: Meals not provided by the event organizer (dba: Webelos World). All participants are responsible for arranging for their own meals. BBQ grills are available at the SRP Pera Club. It is advised that your group bring its own chairs, tables, and cooking equipment for Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast.

CAMPSITE FIRES: Fires are allowed in off-ground barrels, in designated grass areas only. Bring your own wood. Fires must be attended by an adult at all times. All campsite fires must have a minimum of (1) one-gallon metal fire bucket.

CIGARETTES, ALCOHOL, FIREARMS, AND FIREWORKS
Are not part of this Scout Outing and should be left at home.

DRESS CODE: B.S.A. STANDARDS: Class "A" Scout Uniforms will be worn upon arrival to camp, at camp fire, and at Sunday morning flag ceremony. Class “B” uniforms must be worn (at minimum) at all other times. A Class “B” includes everything in the Scouting uniform except the shirt – which may be a BSA t-shirt, Pack shirt, or Webelos World shirt.

WATER: There is access to drinking water at the campsite.

DEN CHIEFS: Den Chiefs are welcome to accompany their dens on campouts, provided that they are presently official and active Den Chiefs of their respective dens. A Den Chief must be a registered Boy Scout (12 years or older), and act in a mature manner. We recommend that all Den Chiefs be trained. Of course, no Den Chief may compete in the Webelos events.

TENTS / SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: You must provide your own tent. No more than 2 boys to a tent. Boys cannot share a tent with an adult who is not their parent. A female and male leader may only share if they are married (to each other).

TOILETS: All toilets in the park are available. Please remind the boys that these are not play areas and to keep them clean.

LIGHTS OUT: Silence at 10pm

CAMPSITES: Tent sites are available (first come-first served) on the North Pera Club park grass area, with additional tent camping on the baseball field. Ramada areas, BBQ grills, and tables are to be shared by everyone.
